Spineless Bollywood?

The BJP govt is bringing in a new law that openly discriminates against Muslims in India - a law that enables ripping them off their citizenship, disenfranchising them, putting them in concentration camps. Except for rare exceptions like Swara Bhasker, either all of Bollywood has given tacit/explicit approval to this government's unconstitutional actions or has fallen deafeningly silent.

How is Bollywood is related to it?? Govt is full of bullies they suppress all voices raised against them. Haan bilkul Bollywood spineless hai par unki bhi families hai, roji roti hai they can't put all that at stake

Country ke halat itne bure hai ki koi Muslim chhink bhi de to logonko problem hone lagati hai

At Max Bollywood isko heroic victory samjhke ek movie bana dalega, isase jyada woh kuch nahi Kar sakte aur humko expect bhi nahi karna chaiye

aise thodi citizen ko bedakhal karenge......... kuch toh upaay hoga, have patience........ this is same a demonitization......... nobody can remove the citizen from their own country.........

While Bollywood end of the day is just a business like every other, our expectations from it are higher because of the proximity we feel we have toward its actors. We should expect the same from every business in India- hum dal chawal roz kharidte hai, let us demand more from shopping mart ke owners than from that industry where we buy only once a week ka ticket.

what is happening in our country is disgusting, our politicians are using us and itna bawal machaya hai ki half the people don’t even know the full story. The administration deflects from real issue and is using religion to divide us and changing the very fabric of what our country stands for. Aaj religion ke naam pe, kal caste ke naam pe, parso language ke naam pe....aise chalta raha toh koyi nahi bachega
