She's just stating as a matter of fact that pooja has started looking for her real parents, and that alone is bothering her since Nishi doesn't want her love to be diluted, she's stating that Rohit will be most affected because it's his love, sona who's linked (father).

And think about it, just yesterday sona said to pooja about her father leaving and all, what's the relevance of suddenly touching her father's story, that too to pooja, unless it's for some reason and link for future story.
