Idk there is something very repulsive about his personality, he seems kind at times but most of it he just comes across as selfish, insecure, low self esteem and petty.

I agree with you but if you observe in task he come across as selfish but when task is done he is kind and has empathy he even hugs and go and console his bullies a person can't be judge on basis of task but yes I do find him insecure and low self esteem but not petty he gets frustrated by small things but yeah he is jealous his only weakness is his insecurity which is visible on his face and what I like about him is you can easily read his face if he doesn't like something like when devo was flirting with sid he didn't like it or when sana came back his facial expressions are enough for his competitors to use his weakness against him.
