Why I like Asim Riaz?

There are many contestants whom I could have chose to be my fav this season, i could have choosen anyone but I chose Asim! And I have no regrets for that!

I believe sab ka flaws hai, not everyone is perfect in this world. So this way all contestants have their own pros and cons, it depends on the viewer's pov on whom they want to like or support?!

The reason I choose Asim is because I strongly feel he is genuine and a good hearted person. I can give many instances.

1) When Shukla was having a high fever and Sana told Asim about it, Asim himself went to check if he had fever and told him not to smoke.

2) Before mandap task, When Shukla was talking about Rashami's character, he took a stand for Rashami despite being Shukla's friend that time, he told him what he is doing is wrong.

3)When Shehnaz was crying as she will miss Paras a lot, Asim asked her what was wrong and she told that Paras will leave the house and Asim consoled her. He even didnt break Shehnaz's promise and didn't tell anyone about it.

4) When Asim was fake evicted, he did say goodbye to Paras and in bluff task when Paras and Asim won they hi-5 each other.

5) When Mahira's things were confiscated by Himanshi during her captaincy, despite being Himanshi's friend Asim told her she was wrong to take personal stuffs. He even wished Mahira on her birthday even when they didnt get along.

6) He told Arhaan he was wrong in not telling Rashami about the child thing.

7) Long time ago when Shukla and Paras got into a ugly fight during snake task, it was Asim who tried to stop them from fighting.

8) Asim tried to calm Rashami down when she got really furious over the tea thing and was fighting with Shukla

9) When Rashami was crying a lot after Devo left, he tried to console her along with Aarti.

10) He took a stand for middle class ppl when Paras was making fun of the fact he used rs150 perfume and took stand for all the girls indirectly which got him many fans.

These are all the small small things that make me like Asim the most in this season. I m glad I made the right choice in terms of choosing whom to support this time.

Even if Asim doesnt win the trophy he clearly won the most hearts. Respect for Asim. Maybe at instances Asim might have done mistake and wrong things, but there are instances where Asim showed humanity. Lots of love for Asim.

I also like Asim a lot but I’m not impervious to his flaws. He has certain problems like his aggression mainly which he needs to tone down and sometimes his overreactions on small things.

All in all- he’s just as flawed as any other human being, but he’s being Real. And he has empathy which IMO is a very important thing.

Idc if he wins or not. Wouldn’t honestly be a big disappointment if he doesn’t win for most of Asim fans( he wasn’t even supposed to survive first 2 weeks) and now he’s come so far most people see him in top 5 is a proof of how amazing his journey has been.

He’s someone maybe along with Sana who has benefitted the most out of this Show and I just wanna wish all the best for all his future endeavours.

I’ve watched BB a lot earlier and have had favorites but this is the first time I’ve felt an emotional connection to a contestant ( which isn’t good coz it makes me take the show more seriously than I should) and this makes me realise that atleast for me Asim is a special contestant.

Areh aap blind fan nahi ho. Blind fan are those that defend wrong actions , I never saw u defend wrong actions, you always appreciate Asim when he is right!

Asim is not a saint but a human being so he is bound to make mistakes but his mistakes never hurt someone to a great extent and he never shies away from accepting his mistakes and appologise for the same! Yes, he definitely needs to tone down his aggression a bit. (Also this is a house where most of the housemates are very aggressive n few even resort to violence n few do bullying n mocking), but yes if Asim can control is aggression then it will benefit him in the long run! He should not let his emotions get the better of him!

Asim is someone who is very caring and genuine

He never shies away from apologizing for his mistakes and to accept one's mistake and apologist for the same is a great quality which very few have

He has empathy even for his enemies, those who bully him so much....He consoled Shahnaz and even Mahira when they cried...When he wasn't even on talking terms with Rashmi..he consoled her n took a stand for her

He never tries to gain sympathy by crying , never tries to play victim card....Even when Himanshi was eliminated, he went to the washroom and cried instead of crying in front of everyone.

He's strong ! Despite getting bullied, mocked, alienated, pushed n hurt and demotivated he has always stayed strong and bounced back !

He never stoops as low as other housemates when he speaks with girls...He is soft hearted and treats women well !

Over all he's a genuine person and deserves to win ! He's the first contestant whom I have genuinely liked and developed an attachment with (Can't believe his 1st impression on me was so bad and I supported Shukla instead in the first couple of weeks)...It shows that this boy is winning hearts !

Asim is genuine. He is a good friend and a nice person. BB hath doh ke uske peeche pada hain to demotivate him. But i know he is fighter. He has won hearts and i hope he would win the show

1. He was holding debo hands to comfort her...before her exit...Even debo said Asim care of her

2.Sana nd mahira making fun of him still he ignored nd when they asked him to make tea he said will make for all...Even ask Sid too

3. He took stand for Aarti so many times in front of Sid

His whole personality is so very hard to ignore.. It would not at all be wrong to say him a soft hearted person.. Several times as already mentioned he has shown his caring and loving side to not only his friends but his opponents too and his way of consoling is exactly same with both.. His this quality makes him stand out in crowd.. Time and again he has taken stand for right even by going against of his own group

What really ameze me is that he never ever complans about anything.. Despite of being pushed not once but again and again he has not for once complained even the housemates like Vishal and rashmi has pointed out this and not forget salman sir's comment " Asim ki jagah koi aur hota toh vo pit jate "

From being bullied, taken very lightly not considerd as a competition to being the most Disserving candidate for the win.. Boy has proved his metal
