I can't believe it's been 2 years since our beloved show Prem Ya Paheli Chandrakanta ended abruptly with cliffhanger😭. It shocked and broke hearts of many fans who loved the show which was actually different from many shows. Till now there was hardly been any watchable shows after that as the Indian TV standard is in its worst phase. After this show, I watched Prithvi Vallabh but due to dirty politics of the channel it ended earlier than decided and the kast month of the show was ruined. Then I started watching Aladdin- Naam Toh Suna Hoga and still watch it. Some of the things are copied from PYPCK but it's okay as it's still different in several ways.
Many are still hoping for Season 2 of the show to complete the story as it had an incomplete and cliffhanger ending. Our show was different in several ways but it started showing negative points like CK agreeing to marry her worst enemy SD just because V broke her heart. She should have better pretended to marry him but secretly plan to destroy along with her aiyyaras and then V somehow joining her. That would have empowered her character more. The next mistake was that Surendra murder track after showing us tilism promo with V and CK on separate horses. How could they kill a character which did not die in the novel and on top of that making CK as the suspect? And they actually made him die with her hands though under magic. Shyamala returning from dead was unnecessary as it made SD's character mostly depend on her. The next mistake was making V a doll and Bavani track to cover up for GK who went on honeymoon. Similar thing they did with Yasmine by making her parrot when she was on vacation and also to shoot her music video. Now they made her unconscious due to magic as she was suffering from dengue and is most probably not enough fit to shoot in heavy clothes and jewelleries. But they would have done something else than making V a doll and on top of that instead of showing friendly mission of CK-Chapla-Tej Singh till the end of restoring V they showed Chapla and Tej Singh tied by villains with CK dealing alone with 6 villains including Bavani and continuing her mission with them. And another biggest mistake was Saundarya and Parijaat's magic working on him and him not able to defeat them when it was earlier shown several times that he is immune to magic when Tej Singh and Devgiri's aiyyari did not worked on him. There were several other blunders but I can't say in this main post but only in comments.
But still this show was 100 times better than other shows and nowadays only 2-3 shows out of 50 are watchable. We had so much fun in this forum. There was a group of girls who made the forum very active but after this ended show I never saw them in any other forums and one of them who was behind creating our show's fanpages on social media is not found even on any of her social media pages let alone in this forum.
Even now when any video related to PYPCK is posted on You Tube people ask for Season 2 and those who are unaware of abrupt ending with cliffhanger ask for episode 53. During the airing of the show, it reached 9 or 9.1 on IMDb which very less Indian shows reached. After the show ending, the rank started decreasing. From nearly a year it was in range of 6.3-6.6 but now when I checked it surprisingly 7.1. That means it's fans are still increasing. On Nikhil Sinha's insta, he posted his new pic some days ago and one person commented 6 times on the same pic requesting him to bring pypck season 2 with the same cast. And a Thailand fan is a fan of both Chandrakanta versions and posts pics of both the shows too want Season 2. On Google reviews, new comments keep coming in some days to restart the show with Season 2. On a fuzionproductions poll during our show, ChaVi came on 7th position out of 29 couples defeating many other couples that were very popular. They were giving big takkar to even ShivIka and DevAkshi and we're ahead of them too for 1-2 days but all of a sudden ShivIka's votes were getting increased a lot which I doubt is due to multiple IDs which ShivIka fans mostly do which made them win many awards. This poll showed how much ChaVi were actually an ideal couple which voters realized. That's how much our show is special and actually different.

I still hope PYPCK comes with Season 2 on Hotstar if not Star Bharat to complete the story with all the same cast and without any stupid twists like mentioned above. But only regressive and undeserving shows gets Sequels and Spin-offs which they don't deserve. The show ended when the main tilism track started so it deserves Season 2. Not just Season 2 it even deserve spin-off with Harshvardhan, Chandrika and Marich story.
