I have no particular love for Veena especially since she cursed her own daughter and wanted to break them apart when her ego was hurt in that jail scene (i felt she made it her ego issue there). Right now though, she isn't making it her ego issue. She is only thinking of Prerna and her baby which is how it should be. She doesn't hate Anurag but is frustrated with the situation.

But Moni, you can't really forget the 'truth' that they have been told at the moment.

And Prerna has already made her stand clear to Veena that she can't stay without Anurag, more than Anurag needing her at the moment, it is she who needs her and if the roles were switched, Veena would do exactly what Prerna is doing right now. So ego kahan se aya.
