Grevious injuries and IPC in BB house.

Given so many injuries and especially grevious ones, I feel IPC should be applicable in BB house, any thoughts from the legally enlightened, thank you.

Grievous hurt IPC 320 clause 7 fracture or dislocation of bone or tooth.. grievous hurt or even simple hurt(IPC 323) caused voluntarily is punishable!
