If any person has been identified as a r*pist or paedophile , then their whereabouts are continuously tracked ( even after they are acquitted ) , the schools are warned about their movement , they have restrictions like they cannot be seen anywhere near 100 feet of the children, they cannot live in residential areas .. But all these are after measures only ..

While we were in japan though it was a foreign country we never felt insecure.. in fact we felt safer than our home country for which our nation should be ashamed of..

I could leave my daughter out to play without my monitoring for hours ..I never felt cautious about her late night going out ... but my only concern would be about her bad fall from her bicycle .. and her physical fights with her friends... such trivial things only..

but after coming here if her school van comes 10 minutes late I feel concerned , I have to think twice before I send her to neighbours house and have to tend to her smallest mood swings .. it’s like seriously am I doing this to just a 9 yr old kid..?

i feel fortunate that we were born in a generation where we were children even at 15. ..

the kind of rotten thoughts n pics our children are exposed to even with a simple flick thru internet pages is the most threatening factor to me when i gve my lap or mobile to children..chumma oru ad page kooda pageernu irukku ...

Nurturing our kids without spoiling their childhood is the most challenging task n need of the hour too

As parents ..the kind of safety precautions we ensure to gve to our girl children..we r supposed to imbibe in equal weightage the morality n values in our male children too..

i remember that hasini case where that culprit was from a affluent family..n i felt his parents failed in rearing him good..
