Change should happen within oneself. Here in Ireland , they do teach about it in secondary schools but does that stop it from happening ? No. There are lot of child abuse happening here , both boys and girls . Lot of things are known now only.

But I was shocked to learn that India tops the list of child p*rn videos watched and that too chennai tops it in India .

Hope the change comes soon but till the time those changes come , we need to have harsh punishment to instill fear. I welcome the encounter .
