If a person doesn't follow a basic decorum endowed to a position it would be questioned in a democratic system.

Hence, upon seeing that a person is biased despite being a moderator, and shows signs of prejudice time and again, such behavior and the worth will be questioned, in fact should be questioned, over and over again...

What is basic decorum? Having similar views? lol.

Funny how the other mod showed us last time around that when RD had similar views the same behavior and their 'worth' was never questioned. They were not called biased and attacked and ganged up against. Too convenient. And still does not warrant that question someone's worth and their language and what not. Dont make anyone feel like shit over a fictional character.

Dunno about last time -- just based on this thread --- you gotta call AnuPre Panauti, and the same word used for Bajaj got deleted....

Not the decorum for a moderator, for sure!!!

You should if someone appointed for moderating a Forum dedicated to FICTIONAL characters falters time and again at the job assigned to that person.

I know you practice what you preach...

Unlike most members here, I am a forum debutant. This is the first time I'm indulging in discussing a stupid fictional show and my favourite AnuPre

Having logged in almost everyday, must say that the current state of this forum is partly due to how the forum was moderated when Bajaj entered into the show. Every show and its viewers take time to warm up to new characters. Specially those who are antagonists. I must say I was looking forward to Bajaj's character and how he increases the dynamics. but all his entry did was totally confuse me and disgust me (force marriage was not necessary at all).

That said, forum members do have the right to express their displeasure over a new character and it's treatment. This in itself was not allowed since the day Bajaj entered. Unless you are singing his highnesses praises, you were mocked and shut down. Small instances of joking about the character was also not allowed. Weird checklists of things not to call Lord Bajaj were made. Granted some of his fans may not have liked other members' criticisms, but that does not mean mods should jump in and completely ban those criticisms. Especially when the character was still new. They should have given time for the forum to ease up to Bajaj's characterization. Who knows, I would have turned into his fan. But, sorry to say, all the restrictions, bans, gag orders and random lock down of threads (including mine for some apparent "secret agenda"), editing of posts without permission(!!!!), made sure I was never inclined to like him.

So, I would put the onus of the current state on the way moderation was done right after Bajaj entered.
