I absolutely love reading all your analysis and as much as I love SidNaaz, I have always shipped them more as friends first and believe they have something special so if they end up falling for each other, nothing like it. But here's my 2 cents. This is going to be completely scattered coz i'm literally just jotting down things as they come to me lol.

So, from the beginning..

We have always known she has always had a soft spot for Paras, no one can deny it. Paras gets her in a way no one else does. Paras knew Sana was going to save Himanshi and him during that nomination task. Paras gets how her brain works and how she thinks and her unpredictable nature. No matter what he says about it from the game's perspective, he for a fact gets why she does what she does and it shows. He is also the only one who gets a lot of Sana's Punjab-specific jokes/stories/references and you automatically feel a connect there. Sid on the other hand has only chosen to believe she is unpredictable and accept her for who she is and lets her be but doesn't really fully understand her way of thinking but still respects it.

So if she indeed likes Paras as more than a friend, I won't be surprised.

Now, what really bugs me is people doing exactly what people inside the house are doing - giving her a character certificate. I get everyone is really emotionally attached to this love story but why are suddenly people saying things like ( specially on twitter) - if Sana doesn't love Sid, why does she cry, why is she always kissing him to pacify him, how can you be this close to just a friend etc etc.

I'm sorry but why can't she do all of that for a friend? I don't think she should be questioned at all for how she chooses to behave with certain people. Sometimes you just end up being that close to a friend. Takes all kinds of people to make this world. Stop character assassinating her ffs.

Also, I truly believe Sana's go-to pacifying technique is to hug people and kiss them, specially if it gets out of hand or people are being aggressive. I'm sure that's what she does back home too. If she's close enough to the person, and if the fight is big enough, if she knows pacifying is needed - she will do that. I have seen her kiss Paras's arm too during a fight. So that doesn't mean much.

I also don't think if that 'I love you' is for Paras, Sid will get hurt. He is there with her 24*7. I always believed that he knows she really likes Paras and has a soft spot for him and he has hinted at it several times, earlier sarcastically but very recently, he seemed to have started to respect it coz he knows Sana is always there for him when he really needs her to be, which is what he wants most importantly - the loyalty, not the romance.

People are worried that Sid will be hurt. To that, I'd like to say, No one is being cheated here. It's not like Sana is doing anything behind Sid's back. If she really likes Paras, there is no way Sid didn't pick it up. Just because Sid is extra nice to her, doesn't mean he has feelings for her romantically either.

According to me, Sid behaves with her like that and has always been in her personal space - he'd pull her, push her, pick her up and slam her and she's just mirroring him. She has a dynamic personality and will most likely be as comfortable with you as you are with her. If you share that kind of relationship with someone, you're already in each other's personal space, you tend to feel safe and behave the same way with them.

I could be madly in love with Person A but not be as comfortable being in his personal space, and I could be really good friends with Person B and may feel a lot safer in their personal space - all of this depends on how the other person treats you, how much time you end up spending with someone, consent, how comfortable the other person is, both their natures, who you feel needs you more at that particular instance, etc.

Now, if that 'I love you' is for Sid, then too it isn't surprising. This is something we all have been rooting for and hoping for and it'll make many many people happy including me but what I would love for than that is if we as a fandom would just respect both their feelings and continue to support them for who they are, both as individuals and as #SidNaaz.
