Should BB do a housemate exchange with another house?

There is this concept of housemate exchange in Big Brother which has never happened in India in 13 years.

They swap housemates from two houses from two different countries while the show is running. It has been done a lot, like from BB-UK and BB-Africa, BB-Netherlands and BB Philippines, BB-Thailand and BB-Sweden, BB-Argentina and BB-Spain and so on. It has been many many times.

Contestants are usually swapped for 1 week. Audience are shown some highlights from the other show from which the contestant is coming. It brings an interesting "twist" to the "story line". There is cultural exchange, dynamics change a lot as there is a sudden break from ongoing relationships and strategies.

Do you think BB India should also think of this and try it out? BB-Poland and BB-Spain is also going on at the moment.

If not another country then maybe from another BB house in India. BB-Kannada is also going on currently.

II would love to see this happen in Bigg Boss India. It is like a semester abroad during college.

No it won't work.. our housemates would all get into athithi devo bhav mode.. and start behaving well, not good for the trp.

Yes send Mahira and Sana away for a week. Or a month! Mahira can entertain with her shrill voice and Sana with her english

I work for Endemol shine Netherlands(head office) BB is our format and this is not possible in India!For the non indians it is very difficult to adjust in India and the same goes for people from India going to another country!India in specific is very difficult to adjust for foreigners the climate is diffrent and to mingle with the contestants is very difficult!The mingling we did was in europe itself!I dont think BB kannada contestants would feel comfortable with BB mumbai contestants and the other way around!We look at the comfortzone first!

Interesting and makes sense. I can't imagine other country. Do they allow bullying and body shaming etc like they do in BB Hindi? If they don't it will cause some serious trouble. BB regional is a possible thing. Only 1 way again due to language restriction - Hindi being the most common.

No in other countries it is worst!Their abusing is not being beeped!And they actually have a website where ppl can see them 24/7!It is way diffrent than BB india!But BB india is scripted!In other countries you have to be yourself play the game and make a team!But BB india is scripted!

☺️ It is sad we are not a part of BB india because they bought the format!Otherwise BB would be totally diffrent than this daily soap!

Aren’t their fights less intense? But theirs is a true experiment as it is actually like you’re isolated unlike here where people are going in and out as they please.

Do you know the details of how BB India works or is that completely separate?

Their fights are more intense!As they actually get personal!And the culture abroad is diffrent!BB india is scripted!When the camera is off all the contestants get along with each other (hum saath saath hai) but when they know camera is actually taking footage they start fighting!
