TBH, I skip a lot while watching ITV. For the excessive focusing, I even skip dance sequences if it's not a slow dance or properly choreographed dance between the leads. And what is generally perceived as funny, often I find borderline creepy that makes my blood boil. So I didn't watch the particular episode you are talking about. I had watched the two where Piya got her powers and later DD killed Bhaisa.
About the points you have mentioned, I would rather give Sonya some lease because Niyati is a professional dancer. So obviously she would be thousand times better than her.
About neighbors, even I am confused how those people are still letting Gs to live in that building.
As far as Ved is concerned, she is a nutcase. I won't talk about her.
Coming to PiyAnsh, I found Piya's behavior with Ansh outrageous. Yes, both of us often roast Ansh for his Vedism and shouting at Piya even though he controls himself the very next moment and genuinely apologizes.
But considering the amout of abuse Piya hurled at him during Navratri and later at the beginning of Chudhail Track although she had her reasons, I think it does compensate for everything Ansh has done so far apart from that forced leap. 😵
When Ansh said - Tum Agar Mar Bhi Jao To Bhi Mujhe Farak Nahi Padega - it was definitely hard for audiences like us. Specially him clutching Piya's hand actually falls under manhandling. But then again I have horrible track record of saying even more horrible things when I am pissed off. So even though I don't support manhandling, somewhere down the line I got from where he was coming. And the good thing about it was - Ansh himself was crying for saying something like that.
The reason we can roast Ansh mercilessly for his extreme Vedism and Seedhapan yet love him.
Piya was practically a pendulum in the episode, running between Naman and Ansh. 😆
However, I loved it when Ansh was more affected when Bhaisa threw her away. Although I do laugh whenever I watch that scene. 😆
The action sequence was awesome.
But the best part for me was the scene where Ansh was sliding across the floor to touch Piya's hand. Very few times I have actually given Harsh credit for emotional scenes. This is one of them. The way he was crying and crawling - it was heartbreaking.
And when Bhaisa took him away and Piya screamed his name, it was even more saddening. I particularly loved that shot where she closed her eyes and cried bitterly and later sought help from Goddess.
The dance sequence - they focused on both PiyAnsh so I didn't get the feel of extreme rage. I felt it better in the making video as the complete focus was on the Tandav. I don't know much about dance but personally I felt it was more of umping than dancing and it could be better choreographed.
They had awesome dance sequences in Mahadev years ago.
Bringing out Goddess Durga's rage is no easy task. A lot of actresses breathes heavily and it looks fake. Niyati was okay in that scene but yes it did look kind of fake. The best I have seen was portrayed by Mouni Roy.
However when Bhaisa threw Ansh away and they showed all 10 hands of Durga, in that closeup she looked divine - calm and composed yet fierce.
Liked the way they both killed Bhaisa. Specially Ansh lifting her. But they stretched the scene beyond limit. Otherwise it was awesome.
