How many hours do you spend on social media daily?

According to the digital well being app on my phone, almost 8 hours. You can find it on your android phone too. Search it in settings. You have to be on latest Android version.

Hmm...very rarely I spend more than 1-2 hours- and mostly when I come by here, on India Forum.

It's actually more likely that I spend all day outdoors, then get home and watch a movie or read a book , rather than sit in a chair for hours, replying to stuff.

I deleted my SM because it became bothersome.

I have a few associate accounts on FB/Twitter that are used by my family but I've last been on one 2 months ago- to message a friend I needed fast- .. and, before that , 7 months ago.

So I'd say aI've been on SM about 4 times in a year (but I have 3-4 phones I use a lot .. and speak on phone a lot more).

So I don't use even those available to me.

2-3 hrs but not at a stretch. Usually check the notifs, respond n leave. Sometimes on weekends I spend 4-5 hrs..

Depends. Kabhi more than 10 hours kabhi 1 - 2 hours.

Max 2 hrs on weekdays.. and I visit IF mostly, 10 mins on FB & Insta.

On weekends, it’s half an hr before going to bed.

I check Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp every few minutes if I'm not really busy. I-F when these other three platforms bore me.

Actual time spent must be around 4-5 hours at least. Some days it's even more. Damn.
