If Piya was the star of the episode yesterday, then Ansh is the star of today's episode. 🤗
When he lured Mo to the lake so that she can't harm his family after his death, I wanted to give him a bone crushing hug and decided to post anther thread for publicly apologizing to him for all the instances where I have bashed him for his foolishness.😛 But at the end of the day, if he has Mo's blood which sometimes helps him to take some real smart decisions; he also has Ved's SANSKAR which makes him a total idiot.
His inner turmoil was much more heartbreaking to witness but his conversation with Mo almost put me to sleep. I hate it when they waste time on moral gyaan. 🥱 Specially, if someone like Mo gives you attitude saying you are biased and killer - that's just way too much to handle. 😡
It made no sense that Ansh was so shocked with Pari being the target. He of all people should know what Mo is capable of. But yes, he is a father too, so begged Mo to reverse the arrow.
But I did have a sadistic pleasure while watching this. 😈 Ansh should actually witness what his Noble Idiocy can result in. Now yes, even if he was near Pari, he might not know about Mo's plotting. But he would be near his daughter and do everything in his power to save his kid. He wouldn't have to beg in front of Mo for sparing his innocent daughter which was of no use. Besides, he got lucky that Mo only targeted Pari. The way Dil had collected her hair, she could have easily taken other family members' hair too. What would have he done than?
Piya's reaction wasn't up to mark. You get to know your daughter is about to die and that's the type of reaction you give? 😲
Kids were at their best form too. I was really annoyed when Pari refused to tell Piya Ansh's location. But I was pleasantly surprised when she made another way and told Adi about it so that he can tell Piya; in short didn't break her promise yet let Piya know everything. The kid is smart. 👍🏼 She can be Mo's true successor. And I mean it in a good way. Sometimes you need to be wicked to tackle evil. 😈
However, I do have issues with Kisha's acting. I know she's only a kid but still it looks odd. In her scenes with Harsh, she gets overly emotional - probably to portray the strong father-daughter bond. But in her scenes with Niyati she looks total blank. Yes, some kids are more attached to their father. But kids do have an inherent protectiveness regarding their mothers and it's impossible to maintain such a straight face in front of your mother when she is crying like that.
Adi as a character and Diaan as a child actor is much more natural. He definitely loves his dad but he also gets affected by her mom's sorrow. Diaan brings out the confusion effectively. Neither does he look OTT nor retarded.
Last but not the least, Dil. 🤗 She is the best character hands down. She did a blunder and the moment she got a chance, she told everything to the right people without trying to justify herself. She might be a Chudail but she is the most loyal ally one can get. So is Naman. The way both of them have evolved - is simply amazing. I think the only good outcome of that horrible MayAra Track is Sanam through whom they brought back Dil.
About Ansh's justification - I don't think it was necessary. I thought the same during Kohra too. There was no need to whitewash Piya. Any mother would choose her own son over anyone. She did a grave sin but you can could understand her point. The same way, Ansh's compulsion to kill Angad and his genuine guilt made him more human and lovable. There was no need to whitewash him . But then again, audiences do want the leads to be whiter than white. So be it. 🤔
