Though thats why my guns get swollen all the time? At three different teeth, gums around that area are swollen😭

Get a regular cleaning done by a dentist, they will check gum health. Light brushing 3-4 times is not a big deal.

Even inside you should wear sunscreen. There are both UVA & UVB rays. UVB rays cause sunburn . UVA rays penetrate deeper into the skin and cause premature aging. UVA rays can penetrate through glass unlike UVB. As long as there’s daylight, UVA rays will be present. Hence, the reason sunscreens need to be worn even if your are inside and light is coming through windows.

Here in Australia, we are reminded to wear sunscreen all year long as we have the highest skin cancer rate.
