Jaane Kahan Gaye Woh Din??????

Hi All,

I was talking to my friends today about old Kyunki days when people did not even care for their lives n were mad after Kyunki..

Instantly taking my example,it was the time period when Mihir had died in the show and Tulsi had turned into a widow...

During that particular time only,disastrous earthquake had hit Gujarat and Ahmedabad-Kutch were badly affected...all this happened just when Mihir had died and living in Ahmedabad we were not allowed to enter our houses cuz of after shocks...the atmosphere at that time was ppl sitting below the sky in chilly winter used to talk what must have happened to Tulsi???Hope she is not crying...hope Mihir is alive and has cum back..hope Savita has not made Tulsi's life horrible...

This were discussions that were talk of the nation..in 2001 when people of other cities n states called up to ask about the well being, people used to ask about Kyunki as to wut is happening,is Tulsi alright..has she accepted the truth and all such questions were priority to people...

I was a school girl then n in school rather than discussing studying every1 used to discuss this..there r skids and plays being enacted based on Kyunki

All this continued until the second leap happened and after second leap even things were going fine but since past 4-5 months it seems as if the series has lost and creatives have gone mad.

Its high time Ekta shud end this show which is very dear to many a people like me who don't this show to end miserably wherein people remember the show as a total kachra n waste of time rather than a show which changed history of television...

I really wish if those old days ever come back...

yh..i understand each and every word u wrote. i feel in the same way too. When I moved to US, one of my main worries were that I have to miss Kyunki. I used to get detailed updates from my mom when ever I call. WHen I saw video tapes in the Indian video stores, I was so excited. I finished watching all the pending episodes within no time. I used to request the video store lady to rent me more than 4 tapes at a time...this store was near my cousin's place which is 30 miles from mine, Week ends were so exciting, as I used to go and watch these videos when everyone else used to talk and have fun. Finally my video store also started renting....the day I get this tape..no cooking nothing...until I finish all those episodes. My husband used to go so crazy.We used to fight also for the tv. When the store stopped renting the video tapes, I was so disappointed...thats when i found India Forums...I still remember coming home from work and without even changing I watched the video update...and was so really excited and happy.

now its just that we got used to see this serial...we r just following and Ekta is taking advantage of this. Thats the only reason for the TRP's.

yea totally...food n family was all secondary in those days...

I have stopped watching the show but still its dear to me cuz i feel i have grown watching it and dont want it to end miserably and i fear my instinct doesn't turn true as the show is leading to a miserable end.

Too many twists none convincing !! I agre high time thsi saga ends
