I gave you the reason, biasedness from the host, if they wanted Shukla, they would have been friends with him since day 1. After getting bashed and demeaned by the host again and again has deteriorated their confidence. Host and channel is more powerful than the contestants. Because of this biasedness, they may be with Shukla to avoid the bashing that's it.

Lol true ...but they are the only ones giving him hype ...it was so funny to watch Mahira hugging Sid tightly in Sid and Asim's fight ...and then Devo pulling out Mahira to hold back Sid by hugging him tightly ...and then shouting "Asim did push ...i saw it" where as Asim had nudged Sid with his elbow.. followed by Sid pushing him
