I'm pissed okay? I have binge watched this bigg boss season and I am extremely pissed at this man-child called Siddharth Shukla. Let me start by saying when this show started I was most excited to see Shukla-this handsome tall decent looking gentleman. To think I thought this about this man, SO IRONIC.

This man has no control over his tongue, uses his height to intimidate people, does not understand personal space and he is a BULLY. He is. He has some kind of a superiority complex and believes he is always right. A sensible person knows when to draw the line, knows his/her limits and has the capacity to judge what is right and wrong, more importantly knows to accept his/her mistakes.

This man-child has no self-control.

Add onto this people who encourage him by asking others to not provoke him. Excuse me? Is he a 10 year old child? Actually, he is. He gets triggered by anything and everything and throws tantrums like a 10 year old. And instead of calling him out, the host of the show pinpoints others' and tells them they should be more careful around him.

WHAT?

By this logic, if you are walking across a street and a car breaks a signal and goes right over you, it is your fault. Why are you crossing the road?

If you are walking across a street and you are assaulted by a criminal, it is your fault. Can't you see the criminal and turn away?

This is the age old tradition in India right? Shame the victim but don't make the culprit accountable. No responsibility at all.

Victim shaming is a BIG NO.

The way man behaves in this show is classic example of how not to raise a boy. Pamper him too much by telling him he is always right, this is what he grows up to be.

We can only hope he is not like this in real life, because what a nightmare that would be.

EDIT : Adding onto this after a month, this guy will never change.

I made made this post around a month ago when shukla pushed Mahira.

Bumping it up again because this man will never learn to respect women.

Irrespective of what one's relationship with a woman might have been in the past, one would show respect to that relationship at least and not throw dirt on it.

Whether or not Sid /Rashmi dated in the past is irrelevant, but the way this man has repeatedly made remarks about "aisi ladki" and "ghar pe aane bandh kar diya" and all this nonsense, forget ex-boyfriend, lover, husband, friend or whatever. Tell me honestly, If any man says this to you in real life, would you tolerate it?

Well said. This man-child is poster boy for the channel and the show. He is well on his way to win this show, and people do not see anything wrong with his behavior, which makes the people not liking him question if there is something wrong with us.

I find that narrative very hard to digest. Are there people who actually think he is right? Well, they need some schooling in that case. This isn't normal behaviour. Scratch that, this isn't gentleman like behaviour. We Indians don't realise that we deserve to be treated with respect which is why unruly behaviour like this Shukla's is normalised in our society. Sigh.

If Kabir Singh was not a blockbuster, I would have thought that all online hype is PR activity because how can someone likes this man....

The current host is his enabler...if he would have stopped shukla in the beginning he wouldn't be what he is today....and he is telling the girl why are going infront of him when you know he is stronger than you? this is the same kind of logic they use for the other bad things happening to girls.

In this time and age ...what a regressive mindset to have.

He is there to play the game and playing it brilliantly. Showing all his colors. What should he do sit in the corner and eat lollipop or go into snooze mode like Rashmi.

He is not a bully or won’t have made so many friends. He does have superiority complex, ego issues agreed. The only issue in his personality so far. But calling him a bully is taking it a step too far.

And so what if he is not perfect. No one is. But he is a gangsta, a sharp cookie, read well, deals well, super intelligent, straight shooter, loyal, has his friends back, street smart, hunk. Love Shukla. Love his persona. He will go far after this show. All my good wishes with him.

He has shown his 50 shades of black white and gray. And we accept him with his (few) flaws and umpteen strengths.

Sorry, but does he actually have friends though?🤣 All I can see is doormats. Anyone who refuses to be a doormat he kicks them out from his group. Like Asim said if you don’t agree with him once, then you’re basically cut off. Also, he definitely does not have his friends back with the way he’s treated Aarti. All the other point you raised, I don’t really agree with them. But, I think it’s wrong to call him a “good” friend. I don’t want people to think that the way Shukla treats his “friends” is friendship.

I'm going to disagree with you here. What kind of a game is this where he is in everybody's face? And what makes you think bullies don't have friends? Bullies choose whom they want to bully.

The only colours I see in him is red probably giving anyone coming his way one last shot to save their sanity. He spews negativity and watching him intimidate others is not my idea of entertainment and that is all he does on this show.

I haven't seen him do anything fun on this show. Even the facade of broody man which I thought he was (What a joke that was) was a bluff. He is just an angry old man who is pissed at everybody.

I could list out so many well read criminals and serial killers. A lot of times murderous psychopaths are extremely intelligent, does it mean they are innocent?
