I feel the writers didn't plan on this and changed the script suddenly. I remember there was an article that stated Sameer D saying that his character is not negative. I think even he didn't know that his character would turn out to be that way. Dhokha hua hai. Anyway, as long as Mishbir are intact, sab chalega.
