Aww, but I want him back. Seeing AD onscreen again will just make HS more fictional, if that makes sense. It'll be easier for me not to feel so heartbroken over him since AD would have moved onto something else. If he can do it, then so can we.

No, I haven't seen it. I don't doubt his abilities but with Housewife and PB, there has been a considerable amount of time passed, no? And he did get to work on other things in between.

There won't be another character like HS and his new role would be different.

Although time gap did play a role here , the effort he puts into making any character his own is visible if you compare the two cop roles. Years of theatre has given him the ability to grasp the different shades of a character even if it's not written on script.

I agree. The source material he had on the other show was not at the level of HS but he still managed to add his own flavor.

By the way, his chemistry with the FL was lovely too.
