Arnav is synonymous to his name, vast and deep. Hence, its tough to gauge what he knows and what he doesnt. But the current equation of Akash and Khushi, is probably not clear to them too

Can I say we just got a glimpse of how the actual face off between Arnav and khushi will be😳
