Ayana.....

Just to increase the forum ratings.

We all preety much know what Ayana is and means, but I felt a more detailed meaning would be nice.

So...

Ayana (spelled عيانة in Arabic) means a girl who has large eyes, and a girl who is perceptive.

Very apt description for Aditi as her large eyes are a distinct feature on her face. :)

Good question...I think because maybe the name Ayaana is derived from Ayaan which means ''God's Gift'' therefore since she is a "God's gift" she will have farishtey jaisa dil..

NB: Not sure if thats the thought behind the name tho
