Post Koena's eviction there were rumours she had been approached to come back as WC and she rejected, can they do that if they're contract bound? Or would they have to pay some kinda compensation?

I don't believe a word of Koena when she says she rejected it. Yes they can express their opinion but it is BB's discretion whether they wish to pay heed to it. Koena said shit about the show and Salman, why would she be brought back?

From what I understand channel cannot kick them out for content contractually, Contestants are service providers, their job is to stay in the house which they have, content is a subjective thing, their income model must be Fixed Pay plus Weekly Fee. They stay there and that completes their job.

A contract like BB's must be very well drafted with all the clauses by applying all permutations and combinations. For example, they have to show up whenever BB asks them to(can be excused if BB permits) like the Finale. I distinctly remember Abu ji and Paras mentioning about their contracts mentioning 12 Jan as the last date. A contract dissolving the moment they get evicted and then finalizing another one for SR or any other re-entry doesn't sound feasible. All these combinations are already discussed, there is a reason people take time to sign on the dotted lines.

I feel both Rashmi & Devo rejected the offer after discussing with Koena. All there of their fan clubs liking anti-Salman anti-Bigg Boss tweets. I feel the public sentiment is against the show & they will get more support not being on the show. Indirectly it will boost their career.
