Ishq - Juhi was perfect for the role with her perfect comic timing 👍🏼

Damini - Again Meenakshi was perfect!!

Khamoshi - I don't believe this 😆 She rejected this movie for Premganth 😆

Darr - Madhuri's loss became Juhi's gain. Although Darr was all about SRK

ISHQ : Madhuri was more than perfect in her comic timings with the same costar aamir khan in blockbuster romantic comedy DIL - I am sure she would have been much perfect than Juhi in ISHQ as well. DIL revealed it all.

DAMINI: Madhuri was more than perfect in a similar role in ANJAAM so she would have been indeed better than Meenakshi in damini.

KHAMOSHI: khamoshi was slb's DEBUT...and PREM GRANTH was from a HIT DIRECTOR of film HEENA that time... isn't it logical ? also prem granth looks more strong and more secured at boxoffice on paper compared to a very experimental Khamoshi that time.

Madhuri didn't knew these two films' boxoffice outcome in advance ... also both of the films were flops at boxoffice as well... logical, isn't it ?

DARR : I am glad she rejected that role that has nothing much to exhibit except some titillation & lots of body exposure throughout the movie.

Dil was romantic comedy? That’s news to me😆

Apart from Damini I don’t see her adding any value to the other roles which have been successfully and beautifully portrayed by the respective actresses.

can't imagine Madhuri in any of them....these are blockbusters because people liked it the way they were...

I can’t imagine Madhuri in any of these roles especially Khamoshi. She would have butchered these roles.

Since when did Dil become romantic "comedy"??

Having a few comic scenes here and there doesn't make a movie comedy.

An actor's career not only depends on how good they are in acting, but also choosing the right script at the right time. So if she is unable to choose a movie wisely and blindly follows a famous or hit director only, then that's her limitation

Except Khamoshi, Madhuri Dixit did not reject any of those roles but had date issues. I don't think that even today she regrets rejecting Khamoshi.

She would have been wonderful in all other roles except Darr which was not much of a role. All these scripts were brought to her when she was already busy and the producers expected her to ditch the movies she was shooting for and do their films(that had better roles and script) which she was not ready to do. I guess she lost a lot of major roles due to her ethical approach.

Dil is mostly a Romantic comedy . It is 3 hours long and more than half of the film is a comedy. The comedy continues even after Deven Varma enetrs the film. It is only in the last 40-50 minutes(after the jail scene) do things get dramatic.

So Dil is a Romantic Comedy Drama.

Well and accurately said. But you're making sense and that's not what Madhuri bashers want. LOL What "argument" will they resort to now? Boo hoo.

Big little lies in the description.

Yes she was in discussion for above movies,,, but the back stories aren’t TRUE!

Nevertheless, all the actresses who ended up doing were just perfect in respective roles.

I believe the movie or opportunity goes to the one who is destined for it. ( Similar to दाने दाने पर लिखा है खाने वाले का नाम)

All those who got the movie did a great job.
