I did not do trecking but cross- country skiing once in high school... It was with my class... It was my first time trying the activity... At the end of it I was surprised I was still alive.... It takes a lot of stamina... The trail was long.... Had many fall as well... However I liked it... There was a satisfaction...Don't know why I never tried it again.

From Kashmir to Tiruvannamalai I have accompanied my spiritual friends and family members for even 30 Kms of trecking, but none of them join me even 5 Kms of non spiritual trecking. Longest non spiritual trekking I did is dolphins nose in kodaikannal and I have phobia for standing tall these days. Don't know when I got that. There was a time when I stood in Guna cave edge where kh stood and told that memorable dialogue. Don't have same guts now.

@ sharath, have you done trecking in nagalapuram hills ?

I have seen some of this channel videos but never tried it...the colour of this serum looks nice... I don't think I seen this flower here.

Had a chance once for trekking... but my parents not allowed :(.. will try for sure in near future...
