To be honest, Bollywood does suck at making good sex comedies. Their humor is always lewd and for some reason, they feel the need to objectify women or make them the butt of jokes.

Gentlemen Prefer Blondes is a classic. Its a bit tame by today's standards, but it was saucy for its era. And yes, Marilyn Monroe's Lorelai Lee is often the punchline. But most of the time she's delivering the punchlines herself and the film does a great job in subverting the dumb blonde trope. "I'm not marrying him for his money, I'm marrying him for your money!"

Revenge of the Nerds, Van Wilder, American Pie, Eurotrip, all focus on teenage/youth curiosity and awkwardness for their humor instead of just focusing on women.
