Take makeup for instance! U always decide what u want to highlight. Whether u want an overall glowy dewy look, a smokey eye or a bright lip. If ur going for smokey eyes, u tone down the rest of ur makeup and u wear a light lipstick. If u want a bright bold lip u keep the rest of ur makeup understated. A smokey eye with a bold lip makes a disastrous combination to be honest 🤣 same goes with accessories.

Big maang tika looks good only when u tone down the rest of ur look. If u skip all accessories but just wear a big maang tika it looks stunning. Like no earrings or a simple stud which is barely visible, no necklace, no bangles and maybe just a finger ring.

Once I experimented smokey eyes with vamp brown lips, the next day my sister threw the lipstick out 🙄
