Fair enough but that comes under the heading of logic and this show has nothing to do with it.

They don't have to show full fledged office tracks or prerna overnight becoming a successful business woman. There can just be a scene where she leaves SN for work or comes back home in the evening after work. Just anything to hint at the fact that prerna is doing something with her days other than sitting around waiting for anurag to get his memory back!

They don’t get that Veena saying some nice lines to Prerna now doesn’t bring Veena back after what she did.
