I think that dialogue was misleading... BB said that "bhale hi maine dono beto ko janam na diya ho, par dono se pyaar main ek jaisa karti hoon" something like this...

She must have meant she has not given birth to both the kids - meaning she only gave birth to Abir and not Kunal - but she loves both of them equally.

Abir is BB and Mehul's son only.

Then she should have said that bhale hi Maine kunal lo janam na diya ho....but will she include abir

I think she meant that she gave birth to only one. Or rather I hope because I cant take an 'Abir is adopted' track. There is enough drama already 😆
