I've mentioned it countless times that she is extremely irritating with her voice.

BUT, she's only 22. What can you really expect from a 22 years old?! I don't expect much maturity from her anyways but she tries to act mature and righteous like majority of the youth today including myself, but doesn't realise that she just comes across irritating and dramatic.
