I rewatched the whole segment. Aarti talks about his hair patch while doing her acting of getting hurt when Paras pushed his chair back. Also when Dey is screaming about getting mirch in his eyes, you can hear Paras in the background saying 'embarassing ho jayega'. Then Mahira also says camera hai aarti mat kar. Aarti herself is like dara rahi thi sach mein nahi nikaalti.

It all adds up to it being a wig.

Ohh, is it. He wears a nice wig then. A very healthy thick and shiny black hair with great styling wig. I always use to think wow his hair style is so perfect. But kya fayda if its not his natural hair. Many a times the hair is the main attraction point in a person.

im pretty sure she did watch the episode again it was hair removal cream she wanted to put on him in anger because she went totally crazy

and paras demeaned the caller not by his looks but by his baseless accusations
