Well you did say you want to eradicate .. but then said upper class can continue since "democracy"! But then issue of discrimination happens if you're going for eradication from certain sections (-partial ban kinds)!

As for educating. Well you agreed here how upper class can continue with their KC celebration since it's tweaked enough to float with today's time .. that's the education speaking! It's our education which makes it easy for us to tweak a tradition so it isn't demeaning enough to women and we can happily continue following it without creating any negative impact on society!
