Not getting HD video.. Anyone facing clarity problem?

Yes i didn't subscribed any plan of hotstar...iam getting episodes only after telecast.. and its ok for me... But now the videos are not clear not even a low clarity... I tried changing resolution to high... But it doesn't help... Is iam the only one who facing it?? Wot wrong with hotstar??

I've subscribed to Hotstar.. But I'm not facing any such issues.. Are you sure it's not some problem with phone settings?
