Because if there is one thing Prerna has been consistent about is her love for anurag and that he is the most important thing for her and she will do anything for him.

She may have suffered silently during the early days if her bajaj sacrifice but that is because like anruag before her, she wanted him to move on and she felt that by being loyal to Bajaj he would leave anruag alone.
