No they're not Same. Kacchi Misri is done when the rishta is fixed between two families. Here they don't show this one. And Pakki Misri is engagement ceremony i.e., the rishta is fully confirmed. I think they wanted to have Kacchi Misri during Veena's b'day function but Raima didn't let this happen. So that's why may be they're fully moving to Pakki Misri
