I think instead of just focusing on the romance they should add meaty medical case. Like my friend who is a doctor told me that this show has no case like Grey's; it's just a love story. Then another friend who also likes medical drama told me that this is the stupidest medical drama she has ever watched; and she did watch a lot of medical drama from western to East Asian too.

Both your friends are correct😆 Well they have labelled it a medical drama while it actually is just a love story with characters practicing medicine.. So your friends are quite good in judging😆
