He has never seen a woman love so much selflessly. In his words she takes care of people who are not even her's so much that he instantly likes her. He is a man deprived of selfless love and care her selflessness makes him fall for her. Also everyone falls for him for his money and fame she never did.
Every woman or man in his life has been someone who loves something more than they love him, like some people love his money and power which comes with him, but Prerna falls in the same category her selfless love is for Anurag, not only selfless but this love is hypocritical as she spoke about her integrity and how wrong is wrong but stopped Bajaj from telling everyone the truth about Anurag's accident so for her family and the world Bajaj is someone who tried to kill Anurag, Prerna knowing this didn't think about clearing his name.
I do see that he is longing for a family which he sees when Prerna and Cookie are together, I can understand what he wants and why he wants it but I don't understand how he named it love instead of going more Bajaj like and giving it a business term. What I am trying to say is that he loves Prerna happened too soon and it doesn't make any sense, Bajaj seeing Prerna as someone he needs in his life makes sense to me
