HS is not her lawful dad and lately he seems least interested in even being one in any sense.
How is he not legally her dad now?

I don't know about every country but in Australia a step parent doesn't have legal parental responsibility automatically.
Check this link:
Legal parental responsibility means being in charge of all major and long-term decisions relating to a child.
As a step-parent you don’t automatically have legal parental responsibility for your stepchild. This means you can’t legally authorise medical care, apply for passports, sign school forms and so on.
There’s an exception for emergency medical situations when you might be asked to give consent for a procedure if neither of your stepchild’s biological parents is available.
If your partner dies, you don’t automatically get parental responsibility for your stepchild. Parental responsibility passes to your stepchild’s surviving biological parent.
Koi shaq? 😆
Lol so now Babita herself is using the “teesra” word. Lovely. HS ko toh chalo phir bhi we could say he has no experience having a child in a relationship with his wife before this so didn’t know better. But Babita who spent 17 years with her kid is now calling her teesra? 😆
Loll, wasn't she the one who became aag babula when HS used that same word for Minnie? Aur ab khud use kari hai. Wah re Babita.
@tantal - aahh, okay. I thought parental rights would automatically go to him post marriage.

That was before she had sex with him 😆
This is a new Babita. Her world has transformed post sex with HS. Ab dono EK ho gaye hain 😂😂
She speaks his language and he speaks hers. Waah re Ishq

Ahahahahah.
Before wedding, both Babita and HS were stressing on Minnie being first for them. Proudly and with conviction.
A few nights together and she has come from 1st to 3rd position. Let a few more weeks pass she will not even be in the horizon

Phir shaadi aur live in mein kya farq rahe gaya? 🤣
