Coming to update so khushi is not only hiding the truth of Akash but also payal's love interest from arnav, both matters are very important to arnav and will lead to their fight/separation in future. But khushi also showed it to arnav that now she doesn't love manohar over arnav. And she is ready and willing to share arnav's sorrow. I think that's a nice progress between arshi.
I like payal taking the side of arnav and arnav taking the side of payal over directorship issue in past, so the two siblings although are not biologically connected but in true sense are the real siblings.
Akash is now connecting personal and professional lives together. He is taking arnav's sacrifice for payal as selfish motive and he considers arnav not worthy of directorship because he didn't contributed to the firm in terms of work but I think by natural laws if you invest money in something you are entitled to have claim over that thing which Akash is ignoring and then he is mixing it with arshi's marriage as if khushi was his personal stuff which he reserved for himself but poor guy fails to understand that this world is so cruel and you have to show/express your right/need openly, as it is a saying that mother too feeds a baby when the baby demands the feed by crying only.
I liked khushi's thoughts about aman, he is blinding arnav towards his family and cheating on his back, I don't know then how he is a loyal freind. I am curious to know that what is the age difference between payal and aman.
And finally arnav is not at the peace at heart by spilling mud over the kapoor's. He is restless and investing too much of yhe trust on shyaam. As it is a saying when you raise your shirt to show your wounds to others it will actually make you naked. This is exactly the reason why arnav is not at peace after doing this stunt for publicity.

You are right, Akash is blinded by his beliefs and Aman, by his friendship and amidst that, is Khushi, who needs to come clean with Arnav.
