Karishma cannot be called average, she was 16 when she debuted sand it took her 5-6 years to grow into her looks...she started looking more feminine in Gopi Kishan (1994) and Coolie No 1 (1995) and then a complete lady in Raja Hindustani, Hero No. 1, Krishna, Rakshak etc.

Despite very avg looks, she managed to give solid competitions to beauty divas back then.
