The intro was basically and extract from the story,
so lets go ahead and read the character sketch and first part.
And please this FF might not always have happy moments it can also have a sad ending.

Dr. Armaan Malick : He's hot and he's one of the new interns in sanjeevani,like most of the boys he flirts,is cool,and funny.But he has a spectacular aura about,he has a special charm.
Dr. Ridhima Gupta : Don't judge her by her looks,she does not let her real feelings come up to her face or lips.She has a sad history and has been hurt but has full support of her sister.
Dr. Anjali Gupta : Smart,sophisticated and beautiful.She has her own sense of style.Can get any boy to do what she wants.Pretty dominating but always supports her younger sister Ridhima.
Dr Atul Joshi : People may think he is geeky but he is kind hearted and was never lovestruck till this girl starts walking in the hospital corridors.
Dr. Rahul Grewal : Simple and sweet,he is very soft spoken and knows what he is doing.But the you can't always be Mr. perfect right so lets see what changes his life.
Dr. Muskaan Chaddha : NO she is not innocent like she looks,she's chipku no.1 and has a very big mouth.Very nosy and irritating.
Dr. Shubhankar : Even though he is a cardiac specialist, he has problem confessing his love to the woman of his dreams.Poor shubhankar,lets see if he's able to solve his problem!
Dr Kirti : Work,Discipline and Punctuality are her weapons,she does not believe in being soft and loving.
Dr. Shashank Gupta : The father of both Gupta sisters,is very strict when it comes to their career.Lets both of them make their own decisions.
Sister Padma Bansal : Old and good friend of Shashank and the head nurse of sanjeevani.
Part # 1
Let me take you to a flash back from the intro i wrote.
She was sitting on the dressing table with a dreamy look on her face, she was dreaming of him. He was going to meet her today and she was finally going to ask him to turn their relation to matrimony. She was dreaming of herself walking down the aisle in a res suit all decked up looking like a beautiful angel. This girl has the prettiest eyes one could imagine of even though she lived in a modern city like New York she always dressed like an Indian. She had the perfect face with lovely lips and it seemed like god gave extra attention while he was carving out her body. Ridhima Gupta had had always awaited this day, when she would finally tell her boyfriend to be her soul mate. On the other hand her sister, Anjali Gupta was trying to get her out of her dreams.
Anjali : Ridzy, come on hurry up we'll get late for Graduation.
This girl was another raging beauty, like the one's you hear of in fairy tales. Unless they are all modernized, even though an Indian by birth she did not fancy wearing traditional clothes, she had her own sense of fashion which was not less than that of a Runway model. Perfect eyes, perfect lips, perfect face, perfect shape. She was another reason why boys thanked god more frequently.
Both the sisters were perfect to be runway models or the face of a cosmetic line, but the profession they chose were Doctory, Medical science fascinated them to the highest extent. And today they were to take their Ph.D for M.B.B.S !

On the other side of the world were 4 doctors waiting in Sanjeevani on their first day of internship, today being their first day they did not have to work but they just had to go around the hospital and have an idea of it. All four of the interns meeting for the first time were very nervous, not because they had to introduce themselves to each other but because they heard a rumor about the senior doctor who was in charge of the interns, people say that she is very particular and strict and can be called Adolf Hitler for her attitude.
As they were lost in thought a tall pretty looking woman walks up to them, She has a file in her hand and is dressed in Indian clothes. Looking very pretty but stern, she had a pretty face but a cold heart; She could have you hanged for being late whether it be 1 hour or 1 minute.
She made a stop at where the interns stood introducing herself to them.
Kirti : Interns today you can have a look around the hospital, and become familiar with the place. After you reach the interns locker room please check your lockers for the Rule Book and do go through it because if you break a single rule mentioned in the book you will have your termination letter in your hand the next minute
Interns in chorus : Yes Ma'me.
After giving them a brief lecture on hospital rules she left them to wander around the hospital and adapt with their surrounding.

Part # 2
Let me introduce to you four of these fascinating interns.
After having their heavy does of lecture's from Kirti the interns decided to chill out for sometime. A tall very handsome and hot guy who had a perfect face and the masculine build, any model would trade his soul for that perfectness walked over to his locker and opened it. He found the rule book inside and tossed it into the closest dustbin. All of the other interns were shocked at his attitude. One of the geekiest but cute looking intern who was an average height with a normal face walked up to him. His name was Atul and he was very shocked at the other boys attitude.
Atul : Arre yaar tu pagal ho gaya hain kya, Woh Doctor Kirti ne yeh dekh liya to musibat ho jayegi
The other guy just tapped atul's cheeks and walked over to take his lab coat and then he turned around to face all the interns and tell them something like he was making an announcement.
Hot boy : Ab yahan ke saare rule aur regulations badal ne wale hain, kyunki ab yahan Armaan Malick aa chuka hain. Sanjeevani get ready to have a change in your history because no one tells armaan what he has to do !
All the interns were sitting dumbstruck on the bench and staring at this guy, getting to know his attitude and sensing the ego in him. One of the girls who dressed very carelessly, she looked like some roadside window shopper who ripped off the costly brands by wearing the duplicated of them, walked up to her locker and got her lab coat. Her name was Muskan or better known in her family as the trouble maker, she always dropped stuff and keot ruining things. Handing her a piece of art meant hitting yourself on the head for no reason. She then walked up to armaan and gave him a friendly punch on his arm. But instead of injuring him she herself felt like she hit some wall of brick.
Muskan : Arre yaar chill maar, tera to haath nahi hatoda, workout shorkout karta hain kya ??? Oye hero tu hospital ke andar bhi shades pehenta hain kya ??? yahan to dhoop nahin aati yaar ... Nikal shikal de warna kha ma kha Hitler se maar kha jayega..
Armaan : Oh hey bas nikal kar rakh hi raha tha...my name's armaan and you ??
Muskan : Me..Myself..Muskan chaddha from punjab.
Armaan : Oh great im from mumbai itself
Muskan : Yaar hindustani ho apni bhasha mein baat kiya karo sharo..
Just then another smart looking boy got up from his bench and headed for his locker, he was very good looking with a sharo nose grey eyes and slight of a masculine build, he had a wise look on his face with slightly spiked up hair. He was Rahul grewal; new intern, Looking at new faces except one of them. Rahul was an old fellow student or being more specific enemy of Armaan. In spite of being from the same town, same school and same college they never got along together.
Rahul : Muskan hindustan ka paath kise padha rahi hain, usse jisse hindustan ke bare mein kisi cheez ki fikar hi nahi
Muskan : Oya rahul tu aisa kyun bol raha hain mere bhai ?
Rahul : Inhe to har cheez imported lagit hain, chahe wo kapde ho, perfume ho, ya girlfriend ho.
Muskan : Oye hero this is very bad haan, hindustan mein rehte hain to yahan ki cheeze bhi ap nani chahiye. Waise mein to chali hospital ka chakkar katne koi ayega mere saath ?
Atul : Chalo sister mein tumhare saath chalta hoon.
Muskan : Oye chal mere chhote bhai aaj hospital ki ser karenge!
After Muskan and Atul leave the locker room is completely silent only the noises of metal clinking with each other could be heard.

On the other side of the world in the beautiful city named New York, the two Gupta sisters were in the car with their black graduation Robes on their perfect clothes. With loud music pumping up the energy in the car and the shelter of the car on the top wide open, both the sisters were singing to the lyrics of their favorite song.
Baby come back to me
In my heart I still believe
We were meant to be
Together so whatever it takes

Love maybe
Come back
Both happy that they were finally graduating and then they could finally take up their favorite profession. But they were confused with the options laid to them. Their father offered them to be interns in his hospital which was an easy option to take up, or they could work hard to find a place to work here in New York itself. They had to choose between their Nation and a Foreign country and the answer maybe very obvious because everyone wants to work in foreign countries. So they might consider staying in New York and have an easy life here.
The car then pulled up in front of a white building outside which students wearing their black robes were lingering having their degrees in their hands. Just then a girl ran up to the Gupta sisters.
Girl : You two rush in your name is going to called now hurry up or Shelly madame will kill both of you.
Gupta sisters : Shoot! we're late!
Both the sisters darted through the back door and made it on time to get their degrees on stage and they also were in right time to take their class photo. After the picture was taken all of them tossed their hats up into the air, hooting with joy. All of the people ran to hug their friends for the last time and after hugging a couple of people Ridhima got out of the building and ran to the garden at the back of the building. There in the garden was a boy standing with a smile on his face and Ridhima ran up to him and they both broke in to a tight embrace (Hug).

Part # 3A
Lets see who ridhima is hugging!
They were in a deep loving embrace which ridhima did not want to break, she wanted to stay in this moment for all her life. She could not imagine her life without her love, Steven. Steven was a tall handsome guy, with a muscular build and blue eyes. Ridhima did not fall in love with his face, she felt in love with his personality, to her he was a very nice guy and she thought he did not mind how indian and typical minded she was. But how was she to know the truth that was inside him, that he did not tell anyone!
By the time anjali was busy with her friends, ridhima and steven were in the garden, sitting under a tree, ridhima rested her head on Steven's chest, she felt so comfortable with him; she wanted to spend every second of her life with him. She loved him very much or may we say too much, more than he could think, more than he could handle!
Steven : Ridhima you are so beautiful, indian girls are so pretty.
Ridhima felt flattered, but she did not exactly know what he meant, he did not mean her face or her personality, he meant something totally different. Steven was a play boy and he spent half of his college years with this girl just because she had rejected him in the beginning. He did not fall truly in love with her, he just loved her for her body, which he will soon use and then get rid of her.

Part # 3B
Lets have a look on whats in store!
Ridhima did not even know why Steven took her to his house, he had said he wanted her to see her future house, she actually believed him when he said he wanted to marry her. The drive to his house was a silent one as Ridhima was still too excited to talk after all the love of her life had proposed her for marriage!
Steven gave her the keys and and directions to get to his house and told her he was just going to park his car! By the time ridhima was up waiting for him in his house, Steven was busy giving the watchman orders!
Steven : I want nobody to disturb me for about 2 hours from now, i am redirected all the calls that i get at home and on my cell phone to the gate intercom, keep in mind no disturbance at all, no matter what!
Watchman: Yes sir!
Steven ran up stairs, after all he was so eager to take revenge from the girl who had insulted him on the first day of university!
*FLASHBACK*
Ridhima and Anjali were transfered to this university in mid-terms, they were already having a hard time coping up!
(well not exactly, anjali left all the work to her sister and she was living her life like one does in the states!)
Ridhima had to get all the notes and old assignments submitted! Moreover she had to take extra classes to catch up with the curriculum!
On the other hand Steven and all his classmates always had their eyes on the 'Gupta Chic', thats what they called ridhima! But she never really looked at them, whatever they did they always failed in their plans to have ridhima!
Mark: Hey Steve! we've tried everything dude, but what about you? Its you who always wanted her, why don't you go and try something; after all its you who brags about how you can have any girl with your charms!
Steven: Mark, wait and watch.
The next day Steven went to the uni's cafeteria and saw Ridhima there trying to get her notes right, Steven took the chance as the cafe was almost deserted with only his friends around!
He walked over to her table and without even asking her slumped into the chair next to her, eyeing her with lust in his eyes. Ridhima could feel his eyes on her, they way they were traveling around her body, she could feel the pain they caused her as she was a woman of dignity and she despised men who looked at her with lust!
She just got up from her table to move out of there when Steven caught her by her hand and pulled her with all the force he could gather, she landed up in his lap and by that time the cafeteria started to fill due to lunch break!
Ridhima's eyes reflected the rage in her, she immediately stood up and before anything else could happen a five fingered mark was tattooed into Stevens cheek. Ridhima could not control herself, she just burst out on him!
Ridhima: You son of a b****! Who the hell do you think you are? If other girls enjoy this disgusting act of yours, go do it to them. I'm telling you stay away from me or else you will suffer!
Saying that Ridhima walked out of there leaving behind a raging Steven and a murmuring crowd!
Mark: Yo dude! Did you call me here to watch this?
Steven: I swear mark, she will repent this day all her life, she will pay back for this!
Steven said his words in sharp anger feeling his cheek where she slapped him!
Steven was smiling to himself.
Steven: Ridhima baby, the day to pay back your vengeance has come!
