In this age and day, financial independence is a must. I assume you girls in your early 20s, do not for anything compromise on that.

Take that from me. I am in early 30s. Independent since I was 21. It gives you great courage to never bow down to anyone.

And not make her say stuff that whitewashes her grandparents and aunt’s deeds. Khuranas May not be evil but they are selfish and they did make Babita do lot of stuff for them. Pooja rakhvao. Logo ke liye Khana banvao. Lovely ki kitty parties arrange karo. It’s like treating her a s maid. I am sorry but I do not agree that just coz she is bahu, you don’t even treat like human. Lovely’s taunts are horrible. It shouldn’t be justified.

Mini should’ve also focused on conveying her frustrations to Babita more than defending her family. That would have made more sense.

All being said, I do agree with her that Babita needs to stand up for herself. She was somewhat at fault there for not voicing it out. No matter the outcome, we have to fight our battles.

Yes, and Babita also needs to stand up for herself where Minnie is concerned, because Minnie will not always be right and she doesn't always have to agree with or follow what Minnie says. She has to learn to make her own decisions, and I hope that day comes soon.

Been there done that. I am not kidding when I say God was my savior. No human being helped me.

There will always be that element where we have to be on our best behavior or we will be taunted about our lack of upbringing and whatnot.

Even now, my mom would sometimes teach me things by adding on that when you get married I don't want to hear that your mother didn't teach you anything. It's like our whole life we're groomed and prepared on how to deal with these in-laws. Tum khudh mar jao, par bas woh khush rahe.

OMG, I get so mad when I hear people say things like this to their daughters that you should or shouldn't do something, warna sasural waale kya bolenge?

woh kaun hote hain kuch bolne waale?

So many peeps angry with Minnie

So I just had a random thot

What if CV did all this to prove Minnie wrong ??

Let’s say Sr Ks move in and we now see them interfering in Babes life too much again

Then Minnie has to be the one to tell her grandparents to leave

Wouldn’t that be an interesting twist !

One moment she is confronting Minnie for taking her grandparents to the hospital by saying "Don't you know what people have been saying about me and how badly this will reflect on me?'. And the very next hour she is preparing to go and bring the Khuranas back to her home with folded hands. and teary face.

The first reaction from someone who has always been shown as kind, empathetic and thoughtful of others is totally out of line and the next reaction seems so misplaced given how much hurt and anger she has harbored inside her against her in-laws

why this kolaveri di, CVs?

Perhaps this is what it's leading to, that she needs counseling to figure things out. Minnie and HS are just not qualified to really help her.

There are so many assumptions being made about Babes life in those 17 years

I kind of want FB episodes connected to present ...kind of like Beeji saying something to Babes which she finds annoying/meddling and then connect it with a FB episode of a similar situation when she was their DIL

I kind of want some perspective to Babes outburst cause right now there are too many assumptions of what happened and what didn’t

What I really want to see is HS with his head in Naeem Bi's lap and the two just talking. HS about how much Naeem Bi means to him in the absence of his own mother, and perhaps reminisce on the olden days. I just want her to be cloaked in unconditional love right now. <3

Aap ne mere dil ki baat keh di, Gur. I would so love to see this. ❤️

She needs to show her maternal affection after a massive blow like that. Oh, I would love to hear HS talking about NB's place in his life. We all know it but want to hear him say it. Just thinking about it is giving me the feels. Nothing else would cool my andar ki aag that's making me want to beat Irfan up.

OMG this is just a show, and I'm getting so angry. 😆

Where is your humanity when they are old?

So they don’t show humanity all their life but I am expected to show it when they need it.

Sure!

It's ridiculous tbh. I've seen my mom do it but I don't know if I'll have the patience to do it myself.

LMAO, I would love to see this happen. 🤣
