I know this is rather a sad song and dedicated to Abir's current plight and situation...but I thought I'd still share it here.

Although the context of this song in the original film, is a young boy longing for his mother's companion, love and affection. I thought this particular verse captured Abir and Meenu's strained relationship and current situation quite well. 😕

Meenu is simply pushing Abir further and further away from her, and right now Abir is expressing his inner most child-like emotions that he has buried so far deep for all these years. 😭 He deserves all the comfort, affection and love❤️

Well said dear. Abir has certainly longed for his dad's love but Meenakshi being the controlling mom hasn't given him mother's love. That's why we saw Abir yearning for such love when he saw Mishti BM relationship.

Will surely add this song to the list.
