The Respect of Mrs. Bajaj Vs the Intimacy of Prerna

The difference is Deliberate and stoic.

Mrs. Bajaj has his Respect, Loyalty, reverence and above all Authority. Mrs. Bajaj is the mother of Kuki and his legally wedded wife. He thanks Mrs. Bajaj because as a wife she trusted him finally.

Prerna on the other hand has his Emotional Intimacy! The one whom he wants, the woman who he desires. Mrs. Bajaj maybe due to Kuki and their marriage but Prerna evokes a sense of intimacy in him.

Like I had pointed out yesterday, he just takes the step and goes ahead with Prerna to touch her. He never touches Mrs. Bajaj but he touches Prerna.

Mrs. Bajaj has his devotion and Prerna is his yearning.

I am sure he wonders, what would it be like to be loved like that. The way she loves Anurag.

He craves for that emotion and thus, despite the assurance that Prerna could talk to him about Anurag, he expresses his DISCOMFORT in clear words.

The gap between Mrs. Bajaj and Prerna is so hard to bridge. He possesses Mrs. Bajaj but he is possessed by Prerna.

I think the writers are showing the difference between "Rishab " with respect to Prerna and "Rishab Bajaj" for everyone, he also tried to make her understand , to think of him as "Rishab " and not Bajaj

and the writing and subtleness and the dialogues and tone are setting clear contrast to both sides of him, when he gives takkar to Anurag or Mohini he is diff , with Prerna he is different , his love portions are with Prerna so it's Rishab who is played out and not Mr.Bajaj ..
