Why would someoneās character be BUTCHERED?
Characters are characters and they have an arc, good, bad, grey, faulty etc etc doesnāt matter. BUTCHERING seems like writers have killed the character. A character BUILD up is the right word. Why do we think Ex has been BUTCHERED? Ex has a journey and thatās a part of his story and character evolvement.
I see this thing in HIndi TV show watchers only. We use the word BUTCHERING too often. What does that even mean?

Prerna is an iconic character. Shweta Tiwari was beyond imaginable. Erica has to find a organic way portray prerna. I admit that writers are also playing a crucial role in this but still it's erica who has to show emotions onscreen. Her vulnerability looks forced to me at least.
2001's prerna was way better than 2019 prerna in acting skills.
