and for women, the age is a big factor

she cannot possibly achieve all of this in her 40's or 50's

and not just timeline, she is NOTHING in front of madhuri and sridevi's acting, dance, screen presence and charm.... so even working for longest time wont work for her to achieve sri & mads' level. its very much evident

I don't consider Deepika and other actresses "nothing", but I agree with people who say that our acting standards are much lower these days and exceptional talent, charm and grace (not to mention dancing skills) are simply not here anymore. This is what Madhuri was capable of at the age of 21 (even before Tezaab, I think - Ram Lakhan was simply released later), shooting for her second big role:

Sri and Madhuri's smart facial expressions are much more dominating than Deepika's. Even old actresses don't come close to them.
