its about the ones who debuted 20 years ago or after that

rani and urmila(as lead heroine) debuted 23 & 28 years ago, respectively.

PC gets robbed most of the time during awards season 😵.

In the last 6 years maybe, not beyond that. And only as a mainstream/popular actress could she be categorised as the best, else there are many who are less popular who are much much better...

When an award is bought then facts don't matter ....how can someone who has not been in industry for 20 years be best actress in last 20 yrs .

they should rename it to 'heroine' award which deepika can get..she doesn't know how to act.

Rani or priyanka deserves this .

No she does not deserve the award, there are way better actresses then DP in last 20 years with much better performances.

Both male and female actors do not deserve the award for last 20 years.
