They didn’t even show him addressing that, merely brushing it off. It’s crazy how they pretend as tho a parent leaving u as a child doesn’t lead to self loathing and abandonment issues, and all he can do is sing Pragya’s praises. I don’t blame Rhea for being how she is, it’s abhi, Pragya and Aliya. Pragya for leaving her, abhi for spoiling her and allowing toxic ppl like aliya to bring her up. Funny enough tho aliya is aryans mother but he seems lovely. She obviously weren’t a proper mother to him all the while focusing on babying Rhea

According to me Abhi is the most idiotic person with no sense of intelligence whatsoever; at first he was the one to call the police and get Aliya arrested and yet he forgave her discarding her pathetic apology patterns. All he could do is to slap everyone around and nothing concrete to save his family in a practical manner. I mean how could a 60 yrs old man with so much experience act like such a dumb head??

Rhea isn't completely a bad ass to people if handled properly; 1. Though she's a self-praised egoistic chick; I have never seen her misbehaving or ridiculing any elders including Pragya. 2. She stood for Prachi when the goons were in that jeep were bothering her; that actually shows that Rhea does have a caring side but the people around her especially Aliya encourages her to suppress it instead.

Correct Maheen. Even I saw those episodes. Actually there were many occasions where I actually liked her and she could really act. But the dumb writers have just made her a screaming maniac. She is not wicked, but I doubt they will keep her grey. Especially after R-P-R triangle starts. And they will then make me hate Prachi because she will become the next sacrificing idiot after Pragya.

yep like I mentioned earlier once Prachi would know that Rhea is her sister she would get involved with another guy so that Ranbir starts hating her and rolls back to Rhea after betrayal that would be her ultimate sacrifice! What I fail to understand is howcome EK is so keen to show communication gaps among characters for no effing reason... Just communicate the situation and fight it out. for instance it seems ridiculous in case of abhi and pragya that the couple has been together for years and drifted away for 20 insane years without even trying to get in touch. OK well it might be difficult for pragya who has been living with limited resources but what about Abhi? He's filthy rich but can't move his lazy ass to hire a hunting team for her lost daughter I mean seriously?

U think they have sense. I mean Abhi's characterisation is most comical of all. He has a CCTV where he found that Rhea was guilty in that food poisoning episodes but even though the entire team sees Pragya, she generally comes with Sarita ji, but no one especially this whining father husband finds it out from CCTV footage. Ultimate comedy.

especially in parties, I wonder if anyone goes through the guest lists....🤬 Now I am even more confident that EK the so called power-house of talent targets only the old women who love to see typical saas bahu sagas and hence gets away with so much rubbish.... rather than targeting youth like us almost begging for quality content

Sorry to jump in. I think she has made it clear in her numerous interviews that her alt Balaji ventures is for the youth. She has a different target audience for her soaps and youth is certainly not a part of it. She makes these soaps for ladies in small towns and cities, mainly homemakers. They need not be old. Eg My domestic help loves her shows and she is 25.

She is an astute businesswoman who knows what sells and certainly not dumb. She wouldn’t have survived this industry for the last 15 years otherwise.

I respect your opinion ... 😊 but i beg to differ she cannot restrict the audience or their interests just like that... keeping in view the age of technology we're living in every other person has access to these shows in one way or the other and likewise she cannot shut a certain segment of people out if they're giving their point of view or feedback. If youth isn't the target audience then why is she showing the love triangle among the 2nd generation which is of college going youngsters as shown till now...? she could've shown Abhigya''s journey to look for their daughters even without the youth romance. For instance, in kulfi kumar bajewala the father is an established musician who is searching for his daughter and vice versa... that show is successful without any teenage college romance.... As a creative and talented woman as you put it.... she could've thought of a million different ways to show the storyline if not realistic.... at least çonvincing

If you notice even ekta is ekta-fying the new gen though. So irregardless of whether she does a youth show, she makes the youth act just like her older characters.
