Overall gist of all the segments:

Raima responded and started scribbling something when she saw Sonakshi in KPK. Raima's mom goes to Sonakshi's house for calling Sonakshi to visit Raima as Raima responded on seeing her. Sonakshi reaches the hospital to meet Raima where she meets Rohit. Rohit tries to talk to Sonakshi where she has a monologue where she thinks that Rohit might be here o ask a favor from her again on the name of friendship. When finally he was about to tell his feelings her fans arrive and forces Rohit to click a picture of them. After which I think Sonakshi met Raima and Raima holds her hand on meeting her (told by Dipika in a segment). When she comes outside the room Rohit again tries to talk to her but she is hell bent on not talking to him after that finally he confesses that he knows that Sona loves him but he wasn't able to read her eyes and he wants to move on from his past and confesses that she is his future( told by Dipika in a segment).

Farnaz in a segment told that Rohit has changed a lot in 4 yrs but but Raima is still where she was 4yrs back.
